iDEAL:
iDEAL is an e-commerce payment system used in the Netherlands, based on online banking.
With iDEAL you can make online payments in a reliable, secure and easy way. Payments are done using the mobile banking app or the online banking environment of your own bank.
Credit card:
When ordering, you select your type of credit card (we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners) and we debit the sum from your credit card account at the time of shipping.
Please note that, unfortunately, we cannot accept Maestro, Switch or Laser cards.
When paying by credit card, please always use our Secure Server which transfers encoded data.
Please check with your Card Company or bank if in doubt.
If your order is large and it is your first order by credit card, we may request proof of the card’s details - for your safety as well as ours!
PayPal:
It’s quick, easy and safe! If you haven't got an account with Paypal already, you can set one up at www.paypal.com. The procedure is very simple!
Enter your PayPal Login and Password details when you’re ready to complete your order and confirm the total amount. Like credit card payments, we will only debit your PayPal account shortly before we ship your order. For data protection reasons it is only possible to make a PayPal payment online.
Advance payment:
You can make a SEPA transfer directly from your account holding bank. Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with our bank details required to complete the payment.
Transfers usually take between 1 and 2 business days. You don't need to send us proof of transfer. Once our accounting department has linked your payment to your customer account your order will be dispatched asap, depending on availability.
Receive 0% VAT invoice by two options:
A) If you have EU registered company with valid VAT nr.
B) If you are citizen of extra-eu (Americas, Asia, Australia, Africa)
Deliveries within Netherlands will be charged at the local Netherlands VAT rate.
Deliveries to EU countries will be charged at their local VAT rate (where applicable).
Following the trade agreement between the UK and EU, we can no longer accept UK VAT numbers. All orders to the UK will include VAT which is factored into the final price.
We accept approved Purchase Orders from institutional, educational and nonprofit accounts.
